Lifeonaire Promotions, LLC ("Lifeonaire," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through lifeonaire.com (the "Site") and our Offerings, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or purchasing an Offering, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Contact data — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and social media handles you provide when you sign up, register for an event, or join the Community.

Account & transaction data — membership level, purchase history, billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers), and event registrations.

Communication data — the content and metadata of messages you send us through contact forms, email, or chat, and records of our communications with you (including coaching calls, where applicable).

Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and manage your membership, purchases, and event registrations;
Communicate with you, including sending marketing emails, SMS, or other promotional content about our programs and events;
Improve the Site and our Offerings based on how they're used;
Maintain business records and back-ups;
Detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Marketing Communications

If you provide your email or phone number, we may send you marketing communications about Lifeonaire programs, events, and content. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or replying "STOP" to any text message. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect transactional messages related to a membership or purchase you've made.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Lifeonaire Promotions, LLC may send you SMS text messages, which may include account and transaction notifications, event reminders, customer care responses, and — where you have consented — marketing or promotional messages about our programs and events.

Consent. We only send text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in (for example, by submitting a form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, by texting us first, or by providing verbal or written consent). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Sharing Your Information

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We share information with:

Service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, email/CRM platforms, hosting providers, and analytics tools — under obligations to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide us;
Legal & safety purposes — if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lifeonaire, our members, or others; and
Business transfers — if Lifeonaire is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such transfer does not permit the sharing of SMS opt-in or consent data for marketing or promotional purposes, which remains prohibited as described in Section 4.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep you logged in and remember your preferences;
Protect against fraud and unauthorized access; and
Analyze site traffic and usage through tools like Google Analytics.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some Site functionality. For more on how Google uses data collected through Analytics, see Google's privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account or membership is active, and afterward for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

You can:

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, by contacting us at [email protected];
Opt out of marketing communications as described in Section 3, and opt out of text messages as described in Section 4; and
Disable cookies through your browser.

We'll respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling them.

10. California Residents

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request deletion of it, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request under the CCPA, contact us at [email protected]. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and Offerings are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
